Hi,
Could anyone post pictures of the orange branding comapred with SE branding? And maybe a list of the menu differences.
When putting new firmware on the phone do you need a special cable, or is the included usb cable suitable?

I spoke to Orange UK customer service, who said that the 'Blog this' feature had been removed for the Orange branding. They suggested reverting the phone to the SE branding to reactivate this feature (I didn't ask if that would invalidate my warranty).
The Orange branded phone contains no additional features so you're not losing anything (other than quick access to the Line 2 feature which I personally won't use anyway).

does anyone know if the Carphone Warehouse can debrand your Orange Phone? I know that they used to on some smartphones?

I guess 'blog this' was removed because they have their own method of photo blogging using MMS messages (see photography under 'Orange World').
Bloody annoying but I am too nervous to de-brand my phone while it is under warranty!

I have the same question. I just bought the O2 k800 unlocked and want to unbrand it so that i can use it in the U.S. for T-mobile. Can I still use the SEUS to update it with the generic firmware and not have it revert back to O2. Also, will I lose any features?

orange and voda menus are the worst. o2 is the best as there is probably just an o2 icon on one of the wap links
