the good old WSOD. Happened to may w900 several times. All I did was take out battery and replace it again. keep cycling the power, should come back.

Well, the W550 was notorious for unstable software, so just go and get a software update or just go t o a phone shop;.

yay!
i went to the shop. the man said that since it was a 2nd hand phone, the first user had done something.(install virus). and i was the unlucky one who bought it. so the virus started eating up all the system infos and thus murdered my phone. the guy said that i have to pay $60 to repair it. hw said he had to change the IC i think if i'm not wrong...after much bargain, he said i just have to pay$50 dollars...
tomorrow i'm gonna take my phone...my babys's coming back
