guys, dont forget that 128mb ram is not for programs, its for storage. how much memory is available for programs might be exactly the same as the p990.
Actually you're wrong - it's for programs! There's a separate 160mb for storage. The P1 boots up with around 60-70mb free for running software, which is a massive improvement on the P990/M600/W950, and well worth the upgrade on its own.

so bad.
For me this piece is of no use.
As all SE mobiles are slow, even P990i
we need a bit extra on this.

@no14ne1 - you're upset about the processor? C'mon, the processor in the P990, M600, and now P1 is one powerful chip - it's not all about the mhz. We haven't seen it's full speed yet, because of the memory problems and software issues in the P990, so how can we decide that it's underpowered? With improved software and all that available memory there's no reason why the P1 shouldn't fly, and in fact in most of the videos I've seen, it really does.
Above all, remember there's a very direct correllation between processor speed/efficiency and battery life. I'd rather they honed down the software and got the very best out of that 208mhz chip, then just stick in a higher numbered processor and halved the battery life.

I agree, Over the Batterly Life, But I guess Windows Mobile are very fast then the SE ones.
Both have good battery life. So there should not be much of problem in making good mobile with good speed & long battery life.
& the faster a mobile responds, the more we love it & can utilise it.
