well how about this:
Hi, sorry to bother you again but I was just wondering if there was any chance you could send the phone as I have been informed by friends that "paypal can take up to 7 days to transfer the funds and that If your address is confirmed, and paypal is verified he does not have to wait. You could be waiting days otherwise, sorry to say."
I can give you screenshots of my account being verified or you could look at in your transaction window. This is a present for my impatient son and i can understand why you would want to wait but dont see what difference it makes. However if you are desperate to wait then i guess it will be ok.
thanks again
you think that is polite enough?

Change the friends bit and say you have taken advice from the Ebay Community Question and Answer Board and they say that a verified account with a confirmed address is as safe as houses. A good seller with his number of feedbacks will knoe this and send the goods. Totally agree with Scott on this one, there is no need for him to wait at all, you are the safest buyer he could get.

You could be waiting days otherwise, sorry to say."
I can give you screenshots of my account being verified or you could look at in your transaction window. This is a present for my impatient son and i can understand why you would want to wait but dont see what difference it makes. Check my feedback, i have bought many phones and other costly items via paypal and all ahs gone well. However if you are desperate to wait then i guess it will be ok.
Thanks again, pomski318

Good one. If he still wants to wait, he's a prat! It's not as though he's a newbie, for goodness sake. As you aren't either!
Let us know what he says please?
