Recieved my confirmation this morning, says delivery is now expected for 16th August! As awaiting stock.
But its still the same price so thats the good thing.

Dear Marshall Ward
I am writing to you to complain about your poor service. I recently purchased 5 mobile phone on your online store (5/8/07). After I bought these I received one email from your company - an automated reply stating I had registered. I happily waited patiently for a email regards my order and upon not receiving one after a day I thought id check your web - store. When logged in I saw my order was set to arrive the next day and the order was "processing". I was happy that everything appeared fine and I would have my items the next day. The next day came and went and nothing arrived... I was not very happy by then as I had waited at home for nothing. I checked the online store and nothing had changed, I just assumed that it was a delay. Now on the 8th I had not heard from the store, not a phone call or email, so I thought that you just had shoddy communications. I took it as a sign that I need to actually ring (not something I had in mind when I ordered online) Anyway when i was put through to your call center I explained to the woman I placed a order and I was asked for a customer reference number. If you ask for such details it may be worth having them on your account information page, or perhaps your order or sent to you some how? After explaining I didn't have a customer reference number I managed to give my address to look all the info up. Once all the information was given I was told there was a problem with my order, my card apparently did not allow you to process it (please note the word problem was used, and to me problem suggests something that can be fixed). I asked the woman if I had the card sorted out today could I have the card reprocessed, the answer was yes. I then rushed down to my bank and had my card sorted out within 30 min of the phone call. Just before I got to the bank I had a call from one of your reps telling me my order had a problem (he seemed like a nice guy, but by then I already knew this as I took the initiative to ring due to lack of communication). Once the bank was sorted I then rang back asking to have the transaction reprocessed and instead of you trying to re-process it your staff wanted to re-order it. That I guess would be fine, but the item had by then gone up in price by a significant amount. As soon as I realized I wasn't getting anywhere here I gave up and was transferred to your internet service people (not sure as to why but I was) I was told by a lady that I would have to wait until the price drops if I wanted the items for that price, and that you cannot order 5 of one item at once. Now this seems futile to me, the fact that I would have to wait on the off chance you may lower your price. Secondly why on earth can I only order one when your online store lets me buy 5? It doesn't seem logical at all, but saying that it could just be that your staff have no idea what they are talking about, its hard to guess which. Now I seem in this limbo land, I had a order with a problem, the problem was fixed but for some reason your store will not commit to a order which was still processing as of this morning.
To summaries this:
You wasted my time
You have inept or untrained staff who do not help
Your communication is appalling
You cannot satisfy a order which was placed
your online store and customer service center contradict each other
your online store lacks information and is not capable to do the job.
I have posted my stories on a few forums so future customers know what to expect if they decide to order from you

Maybe they are just using card problems as an excuse not to deliver the items? Cos i ordered 5 like Luke and got a call a few days later saying that i had not given them the correct start date. Most other places don't even need the start date. I wonder if i should bother to right them a letter

The title of the thread is very exciting! I got really excited I thought I'd get this right away as I really need a replacement for my lost k800 but £199 is not worth it!
Ive been given an LG Prada as a gift, it feels very nice in the hand but I really need a good camera phone!

I thought it was a nice lil insult to add the postcode and house number at the base lol
not sure on the address yet I was waiting for any commens first if there was anything to add to it, but im not just sending it to customer services im going to get it a bit higher

Seems like a major mess up by the company this.
Been reading a few other forums, some people get them others are delayed who ordered before the people who have recieved theres.
Can they still back out on me and others who ae awaiting stock but have had the order and delivery date confirmed by email?

I ordered 3 to see if they came through. And they did, been in my house since yesterday.
Opened one to check the contents... everythings there and in order.
