well, i think i can clarify on what manish means by 5 Rs per hr... 5 bucks is only for the isp charges.. that is to use the BSNL gateway for internet... in addition to those charges, u also need to pay data charges (for airtel it's Rs3/ per min)
so that works out to...
3*60 = 180 plus 5 isp charges.. equals 185 bucks per hour!!
i've used my vsnl account on my pocket pc, so i'd know.

but BSNL is only an "internet service provider", and u need a telephone carrier to connect to it yaar.
and nowhere on the sancharnet website does it say "wireless internet" it says dialup and pstn/isdn...
