K850i has only been available for purchase since September 2007 thats 7mths.
I recall the almost as large K800 Thread being just as large and full of quite a FEW too many bugs as well that where left alone until 9mths!
Don't believe me Do a search and find the official K800 thread. Ppl always focus on the bad/negative items - not looking at the positive. Reboots is a royal pain on the K850i - non that I've experienced in the 2days I've owned it. I wasn't an early adopter with this phone, I was with the K700i but SE spent quite a bit of time developing that.
Just give SE a little more time in fixing issues on the K850i with the NEW PLATFORM not something old.
P990i I've already voiced my opinions long ago in another thread (probably its official thread here on Esato). I just feel SE would have saved users to stick to their UIQ phone user base just by simply offering a trade in discount (offering a software that backs up every data entry or applications) to the P1i when it was offered. Even just for the first 3mths. A discount of say $100-200 would have been a VERY nice gesture > still at that loss would've increased sales although marginably.
Maybe they didn't because users would come to expect this of ALL their phones and multiple class action lawsuits would develop; leading to more of a success and thus putting the company in jeopardy of being purchased or in a HUGE financial loss like what Motorola is going thru right now.

^thats not the point is it.the point is we bought it. it didnt work and they say thats everythings perfect and it must just be your one that screwed up. doesnt matter how old it is, it happens to be the main point of disscusion in this thread.
