I think your phone(hardware) is broken and it hapend when the guys at the store flashed wrong firmware. Put your phone in the original condition(TELCEL customization with firmware for K790a Telcel Mexico R6BC002 on wotanserver.com for 7€) and tried to make complaint in the Mexico.

looks like they may have flashed a k800 gdfs as well
