well, since I'm am also considering Elm, is Elm a A2 phone? If yes, can I customize this phone through modding? Thanks!

I don't think so, LED flash comes standard in most phones that have a camera, so there are more phones with LED than xenon flash. The xenon is a key feature in most camera-based phones, companies are interested as it makes the phone sell. Just because most phones aren't camera based so people don't care what flash they have, doesn't mean that in phones where camera is a main feature there will be no xenon.
Of course is possible. The C serie phones are a200(DB3150 and DB3210). Even DB3350 as your Aino
Although, I read on se-nse its not compatible with A2 Uploader

i tend to agree... but camera-focused phones such as Cybershots, the Satio must have xenon!
