I'd like to see the (text) keyboard rotate 90 degrees. Of course it will not work for current apps, so there's also some sort of text editor needed. It probably speeds up texting a lot since you can then use bigger keys. Very usefull in college for taking notes.

how many of these things do you actually think they will consider fixing or adding. Surely SE should have consulted the BETA testers and all this would have come out already. Or they should have!

MP3 ringtones and the ability to loop the ring tone without a gap.
I have a number of wav's that loop perfectly but get broken by the fone.
Support for MS Pro's with the MS battery cover/jacket/adapter thing. Real entertainment possibilities w. this one.
Closer integration with Windows/Mac/Linux as in a decent program that enables you to sort out, customise and assign things from your PC along with uploading and creation of media. (think Sony OpenMG Jukebox software with video).
Support for ATRAC codec.
When you consider other devices with MP3 playback a decent program on the PC itself is usually bundled.

Well I guess that might be the best type of response we get. Can't imagine that the developers are going to email us with their thoughts. Personally I think I might email my top ten to my local SE org. (Australia) as it can't hurt to get the same ideas being sent to the product managers from different geographies...
Thanks for your efforts to date Sage!
Regards,

How about this...
1. What about the ability to enter a phone number in a calendar entry. Then when an alarm for that entry goes off, a button is provided to call the number for me? I have conference calls all the time, and set them as appointments or reminders. I'm always having to then manually look up the number and enter it. It should be automatic.
2. For any given phone number in the address book, I should be able to enter an access code (or calling card #?) that should be attached to that number. That way, when I cal that number I can be presented with a button or command to provide the number for me. Today, I have to manually look it up (usually a note within the contact info) and enter it. Frustrating.
3. While in call, there should be an easier way to mute the call. Maybe it already there but it's difficult to get to (ie. small button).
