Davieboi, it's actually my job to 'have a go' at people... I'm kidding - I don't think that an exchange of ideas can bring any harm (as long as there is openness to arguments). I'm wondering, however, why did it take close to 40 posts for the initiat poster to realize the futility of this thread... I also hope that SE will do good and discover once again the now lost pioneering spirit of ERICSSON. Stay cool!

I think that ericsson needed sony's money and sony needed ericsson's technolgy. If you compare the t68 with the z7 you would see how far sony had slipped considering that they where launched about the same time and there is no secret about how much money ericsson corperation is lossing.

@ gatevital That is exactly my point, ericsson were loosing money, without sonys money they might not be here today. I'm not qeustioning the qality of ericsson phones. I am just stating that SE are better for everyone because it means ericsson lovers till get there ericssons just with a slightly different name and people like me who would have never brought a ericsson now see sony also on the badge so are more comforted by the fact sony are invovled with the product.
Once again @ judge I am not arguing the fact that ericsson still make a lot of the phone before you start moaning at me again
