Well, guess what arrived by FedEx today, after I left messages for the GM at Telford !

A brand new HBH-20. All I need to do now is make sure I don't lose the spring clip again.

And the costs SonyEricsson pay to support this organisation are eventually passed back to us.

Sent my phone off to Celestica Telford and recieved it back repaired 8 days later. Very good service.
Didn't actually come back from Telford though, came back from Hays technology centre in Banbury. All in all a good service.

The reason you got it from hays is because se is sending things to them now! This message was posted from a T610

I see. Well I'm extremely pleased with the service they provided. Looks like Celestica will forward your phone to Hays Technology now who seem to have a quick enough turn around.

@ jrmgolem

Orange Care does indeed cover your P900. if your from Poole i presume you either got your phone from my lvoely shop!? or from Orange direct?

i work in The Orange shop too, my worst case of a warranty repair is a T200 that woudlnt switch on, sent away mid feb got it back this week, with the same problem!?

Surely we P900 users and other SE users deserve better service?

@jiggyjaggy

I live in London, and have found 2 excellent service centres that assure me that they do not send it to Celestica. They are Essex Cellular in Walthamstow and also RS Electrics in Tottenham. They're excellent, always carrying out the repairs within 24 hours!

Thats all good and well. I agree Orange's insurance is by far the best out on the highstreet, but in terms of warrenty repair there is not much option in terms of reliable places to take it.

One other thing is that i think Celestica are becoming slower as everyone seems to be taking/sending their phones there now.

Celestica is no longer!

SE now use Hays as their warranty centre,

No it wont. Im not happy, they didn't fix my phone and they didn't back up my phone book or anything. So all in all, I lost all my settings for nothing.
