http://www.l8shop.net , there are no instructions, but if you search someone has posted a walkthrough of how. it is a daunting task, but actually very easy once started. i did mine last week. if you had to replace the back cover, i think a serious ball acher of a job

http://www.mobiltec24.de/
german site where front cover costs £18.66 inc postage
However you will need a paypal acc, which can be set up in minutes! and will be charged 2.5% co total comes to £19.12 (current exchange rates)
I have used them twice before (once for my front cover, and another for a friend), very reliable!
click on link, click english, select uk (or wherever you're from)
click on "kaufen" next to the item you want then
"Sie haben folgenden Artikel
in den Warenkorb gelegt:
1x Original Frontschale"
will flash meaning that the item was added to ur basket.
then click on "Warenkorb/Bestellen" at the top of the page and follow instructions.
You will recieve a german email, then an english one with the payment through paypal instruction shortly afterwords.
Pay via paypal and recieve item/s 3 days later.
I know this seems a lot of work, but its worth it for the money you'll save, plus they have tons of stuff for the p900, and other phones too.

this is obviously a design/manufacturing fault, and you should all be demanding repairs or replacements under the warranty, not risking that warranty by repairing it yourself. besides, if the case the phone came in didn't last three months, how long do you expect these cheap aftermarket ones to last? stage a sit-in protest at the service centre if necessary, just get somebody to admit there's a problem.

Has anyone had the glass crack, my P900 now has a crack starting from where the flip hits the casing (right side as you look at the P900 front). I was careful closing the flip when I realise the sound (and therefore the force) it was making was too loud for my liking. No matter how careful I was, the design does not have some sort of recess for your thumb and fingers to allow you to close it gently right to the very end of the flip's travel.
Also, I ready a review of the P910 the next flavour of the P800/P900 series and the reviewer mentioned that the spring for the flip has gone. Obviously, SonyEricsson have realised the flaw so why do they not come clean???
Anyway back to my original question any cracked screens?

actually, how's this:?
Dear SonyEricsson, I would like to make my feelings known on the issue of the poor build quality of the p900 handset. The casing underneath where the flip closes is far too flimsy for regular use. This is therefore a design flaw and should be covered by the standard manufacturers warrranty. Many p900 users are experiencing the same problems, and I, for one, do not wish to risk invalidating my own warranty by trying to fit a replacement case myself. I therefore require that SonyEricsson do the right thing, and acknowledge that this defect should be repaired under warranty.
lets all send this! they would have to do something then, surely?
