Thanx so lot Jools....
The calendar works fine now.
One more question: some of my contacts only have company name, but no "actual" first and last names, is there a way to let it show up on my phone? because right now, they show up as "., ." on my K700i.
Appreciate your help.

Unfortunately not, I think I'm correct in saying... This is either a limitation in the K700i or a compatibility problem with the current iSync. Hopefully 1.5 will fix it when released.

For anyone who's missed the news elsewhere, there's a Java application for creating K700 themes on Mac OS X available now.
Here's the link:
http://myforum.lasyk.net/forumdisplay.php?f=68
You have to be registered on that forum to download the file.

I just downloaded Lasky's MyTheme Creator to create my first ever theme. The problem is the Help file's no help. Can anyone point me to a tutorial that will get me started? Thanks.

Hi Guys
Is there any app with the mac (OSX) that can control and edit the address book and the phone and sim with the k700i?
I'm trying an Italian phone manager app called MegaCellX with my k700i. It works in the same way the ericcson client and I don't think its going to work but I have one question that maybe someone can answer, when connecting I get asked what tranfer rate i would like to use. It goes from 300 to 230.400, I guess this is what was once called the baud rate. Any ideas?

Try
PhoneAgent that works fine although its for the T610. Apparently they are working on a K700 version.
I tried
MegaCellX and it seems to work fine with my K700, but as its all in Italian and they don't appear to provide any other language versions its not too good for me.
You can also try
GSM Remote but that doesn't support the extended phonebooks (i.e. more than one number per contact).

Salling releases software for Sony Ericsson K700, S700
August 9 - 18:08 EDT
Salling Software today released
Salling's Remote Basics 1.0, a set of free remote controls for popular Mac applications that work with Sony Ericsson's K700 and upcoming S700 models. "The K700 and S700 models have a simple built-in feature that lets the user remotely control a computer using Bluetooth," said Jonas Salling. "Unfortunately, popular Macintosh applications are not supported out-of-the-box." Salling's Remote Basics 1.0 fills the gap by adding the ability to control iTunes, DVD Player, EyeTV, VLC, PowerPoint, and Keynote. Simple commands like stop, next track, volume up/down can be given when the controlled application is in the foreground.
