First evolution is bull. Second from a P900 to a P910 is only a tiny step. More cosmetics than anythig else.

first of all I don't wanne be 'the MAN' here.
My source is very accurate (symbian)...
I don't know of it's features yet... just know that there is a P910 with
minor changes compared to P900. What I've heard (from a different source, also at Symbian but not the one who has given me always the most accurate info) it has a small QWERTY keypad called 'thumbboard' dunno if it's true.... never got a confirm from my accurate source about that.
In the beginning of the year there was also some info about a P950, which is obviously not the same smartphone as the P910.. (WiFi, 1.3 Megapixel, Duo Pro was told to be in the P950)....
I dunno what has happened with that one.... maybe it's still coming after the P910 but now the P910 has more priority.
Personally I think the P950 is still coming (dunno with the same name) but I think that they added the P910 due to some fabrication problems with the P900 itself (camera). Thats maybe the reason why it isn't a total new phone....
There is more that I know, but can't tell you about other P-series...
They just told me what rumours are true that already were spread on the forums (here and mobile-review). I picked those out and placed them with the right phone (the names are real, uptill now). The reason why I do this is because esato don't need to close this topic cos it is already spread around the web. I just state which of the rumours are 'true', from what I got confirmed, I got more but it isn't on the forums (yet) so can't tell you about it

If you would buy it now, I'm sure you will very very happy with it. I bought one 2 months ago and the only limitations the p900 got (in my eyes) are no TomTom (yet), limited to 128MB memory stick and no wi-fi, but for the wi-fi part, I use a bluetooth connection and my laptop to use my DSL line for internet on my P900 in combination with the Opera browser.

koolcoolguy,
If it was about 5 months ago i would of said get a p900 straight away. However now I would suggest your best bet is to wait a few months for the next wave of smartphones. Look up the motorola mpx...mouthwatering...the p910 is just a con to make you fork out money for a p900 + useless keyboard. Sony want to suck every drop out of their pxxx babies as there isnt (at the moment) any decent competition.
Honestly i would give it a few months and get the mpx motorola...i heard it could be out in september. I even suspect it will have a better form factor than the p1000 and be out atleast half a year earlier...which i reckon will be a very very very long time in coming out.
Basically if you cant wait and want a smartphone NOW...then get a p900...if you can wait a few months then get a mpx
