Don't know what that translates to other currency, but if you shop around, you'll find decent prices for the phones without resorting to either ebay or mobile carriers.

K500 2196:- SEK at OnOff
K700 3795:- SEK at Webhallen
E698 3349:- SEK at Sicsac (difficult to find in Sweden).
