different operators have different CDA's and thats all that differentiates those

Need help...I downloaded seus_setup115 & installed it, I have the latest PC suite...Now after installing the seus file it starts downloading & as soon as the download finishes & it goes to the updating part it say following:
Remove battery & restart phone
Could not find phone connection link. Make sure the new pc suite for your device is installed & restart your computer.
I noticed that the green light in the dss goes off as soon as it says updating & on checking the phone connection link icon below the option usb : com4 connected (which is always there when I put the phone on the cradle) is missing. I also have the latest java installed. any clues as to what might be wrong ? I have shut the norton AV + zone alarm also. Have tried this 3/4 times from yesterday till now but same thing happens.

Did you get an answer? I face currently exactly the same problem. Update is still on my PC (in "software-data") but there is no way to install it.

It is every time the same:
SEUS is starting, 'Yes' for p910i is offline, Program starts and stops device (light on SEMC on, then light on p910i on, then light on p910i off, then light on SEMC off), 'Yes' to run without backup (do not know why he thinks, there is no backup. I did one and also tried successfully to restore it) after lights are off - as otherwise communication fails, 'Update' to start update, download files in "software-data" if not already there (light on SEMC on), program switching to update p910i and stopped with connection failure (NO light on p910i !!) and the suggestion to remove and insert the battery.
