step 1:

download flash drivers!

Then go to update service, check all requirements have been met, connect the phone and follow the 'wizard' through.

Is reading english not your strong point?

If you read either of my earlier posts you would see that i have gone through the update process but windows xp installed the phone as a flash device using its own drivers.

no need to become rude mate

I suggested you forget about xp drivers and re-install the ones. Reason for this suggestion is that they work. They've worked for me and many others. I've not come across a single instance of anybody having succesfully used the XP drivers.

If you choose not to do so there really is very little help I or anybody can offer you so good day to you and happy flashing.

Yeah, don t be so rude to people trying to help you .....

My english is very poor, but i can say it in french

SOIS POLI ENVERS CEUX QUI TE VIENNE EN AIDE ET NE MONTE PAS SUR TES GRANDS CHEVAUX......

which means in substance...... STAY CORRECT WITH ANYONE TRYING TO HELP YOU, Don't be so sure of yourself and don't forget to say THANK YOU.

100% OFF TOPIC

PS : as you said Vlammetje in another tread, ESATO do not need such person on his forum....

Hi @ all!

I've got a question, and i hope anyone can help me:

I have a unlocked V800 and i want to update it with SEUS.
My question is: After the update, is the phone provider locked again, or stays it unlocked as it is now?

Thanks for your help!

Vlammetje please accept my apologies in respect of my arrogance towards you.

Have had a fight with my pc, flushed out my frustration and have successfully upgraded the v800.

Once again, please accept my apologies.

No it will not be locked again. SIM lock is not related to firmware versions
