Me too!I saw it sometimes to reboot without touching it!But other times,it reboots when wapping(mostly when i browse large html sites that can be displayed)& some times it rebooted when the alarm ringed! This occurs with both of my memory sticks!(128 & 32 MB)!By the way:Chris can you contact SE asking for a new software version & when will it out?I don't have pc so i can't send them e-mail!

Many thanks Chris!I am from Greece & we get the updates immediately when they come out!But i call them & they say that the current firmware is R3K004 & that they don't have a clue about a newer software!I believe that they work in a new software, because they upgrade already K700s & V800s software,so i suppose that they'll upgrade the S700 too!Maybe they're late because they want to do a good job!

I think SE is probably busy with their other phones.

I hope they'll fix that annoying bug of rebooting!& that of phonebook! But,what's going on?All their new phones have new bugs!I mean that in new phones the problems with previous models must being solved! But they insist to make their software buggy!I'm a fan of SE from the age of T68i & always i buy SE phones! But this does not mean that i'm not get angry for their software!By the way,in my opinion,SE must had presented in Cebit camera phones with 3 megapixels resolution!Samsung & Motorola presented 3 phones!

I use unbranded S700 (r3k) with 128 mb Sandisk MS Duo card and dont have the problem. I had this rebooting problem long time ago (r3b), but very rarely. I changed the original MS Duo with one from Sandisk and for this couple of month this problem dont exist. Keep my fingers crossed. This message was posted from a S700

I don't think it's a doggy update!If it was,the phone wouldn't work!The update must be done 100% succesfully otherwise the phone won't work!Also,if all labels in service menu(ITP,CDA,customisation etc)are correct it's 100% sure that it's not a doggy update!So,for o2 customers it's a new software version out(R3L002)Nothing for us,with unbranded phones?Why SE?
