any one know how to put on weight at the same time as getting urself fit and built up.
i used to do boxing in my early ages but quit as i couldnt be bothered to do it asd there wasnt enough competition for me but while i was doing it i was getting fit but i didnt seem to be getting bulked up as i kept loosing the weight due to burning of the fat and a lot of my own weight in the ring. Im thinking of taking boxing up again does anyone know how i can bulid myself up while doing it, as i want to try and get up to heavyweight?

take a look at some articles on www.bodybuilding.com
train your abs like you train any other muscle, don't do hundreds and hundreds of reps if you want to increase strength and mass. do the contractions slowly and make sure your hips/thighs dont aid much in the process.

well i think you're 'wide' because you have trained your obliques to an extent where they have grown more than you desired. not really sure how to help you on that one, the site i recommended will help.

if you want everything to be in proportion then you must train every muscle in the body, i.e. dont focus on one body part (chest), focus on the whole upper and lower body.
my friend has this problem where he has a built upper body but skinny legs and just looks wrong
