And im assuming of course the w950i can play the same mp4 encoded videos that the k800 can play?

Also can you put a screen protector on it, or will that interfere with the touch screen interface?

Can't answer about the mp4, but a screen protector makes no difference to the useability of the touchscreen

Hi everyone. I just wanted to ask if anyone has any build quality issues with the w950. Mine seemed fine till yesterday, I realised that if i put my thumb on the screen and apply a little pressure, and move my thumb the screen can actually slide around for 1 - 2 mm. I'm not sure if the phone was built this way, or should I send the unit back for replacement? Can some forummers please confirm this?

BTW I'm on O2, and havent received any firmware updates yet. Anyone out there experienced any firmware updates for O2 W950s yet? My firmware is as follows:

Phone:
CXC 162037 R9C001

Organizer:
CXC 162088 R1B01

Bluetooth:
CXC 162058 R3A01

CDA:
CDA 162017/8 R1A08

Thanks guys.

To Sterius

Yes dude me and you are on the same boat. i am on O2 as well with the same CDA etc.
I have tried my best to update it through SEUS but it sucks. I contacted SE UK call center about this issue and they told me, there is an update available for my phone and i can do it through SEUS. I went through all the steps but at the end it says "No Updates Available and that My phone has the latest FW installed" but why that guy from SE UK call center told me about an update for my phone? To tell you he didn't reply to any of my mail afterwards and he will never in the future due to the EU restrictions on this awesom peace of phone.
Any how I am looking to send it to SEunlock.co.uk they will sort out every thing about this phone.

That's pretty much what I got too. Not even the looping problem which a lot of w950 users have. To tell you the truth I'm damn pissed off that SE and O2 are pushing the blame around, with SE not bothering to pressure O2 and O2 being too lazy to get a new firmware out.

Do you have the loose screen problem btw?
