could this mean generation sixth of powervr series will not ready in 2012 and this could mean custom SoC using powervr 5xt as gpu in next year of sony products line up.

Scratch the Xperia range from that list. Remember that Sony works in isolation to SE in hardware. This is a Sony only transaction. SE are likely going to be using Qualcomm.

That's not that surprising because a lot of people still own SE's old java 'dumbphones' where walkman/cyber-shot were a complete hit in the UK among youth etc. I know loads of people who own the W995i, and others who still use old phones like the K800i! The UK is one of SE's best markets, could this be down to the fact that their HQ is located in London?
