Guys life is too short to wait and wait and wait again to something special to happen. There are many models in the wild from htc, samsung apple, motorola... that are years ahead

SE has probably standardised a lot of the components across it's range of 2011 Xperias in order to reduce costs, which is why so many have the same 1GHz processors etc.
Before it can invest in offering real top flight devices it would be wise for them to establish a good financial footing - not a bad strategy.
2012 could see some great devices if all goes well.

[I think Sony Should Just buy out Ericsson next month it be the 10th anniversary of the joint venture it was good team work back then, Sony could give so much then ]

Is not Ericsson that is slowing SE down!!!! Its Sony!!!! While Sony is busy releasing their quad PSV, dual walkman and tablet, SE is stuck with single. And Ericsson can't do anything about it, because ST-Ericsson is yet another 50-50
Ericsson buy-out Sony's 50%,
reborn!
