At long last some consistency.
I am being told 24 November by stores, select CS and retentions. Not week commencing either.
Any word from anyone else?

i don't know but i had mine ordered since last week and is not here yet, called them today and i was told that the phone was dispatched and it should be with me tomorrow, 23 November.

Retentions last night said 4 December and that I have a date of 30 November next to my number on the pre-order system.

It looks like 24th might be the real date. I spoke to somebody yesterday who said that if I phoned tomorrow, the phone would be sent out. Like a fool - I did. Today, they said it was the "week commencing" (!) 24 November. They really are beyond ridiculous. Whether or not I get my phone tomorrow, I will be sending a complaint to Otelo, and also to Ofcom (who do not advocate on behalf of individuals, but will investigate if significant complaints are made):

I think I will copy the text of some of the complaints. It would be good if others on this forum complain as well; that is likely to have much more impact with Ofcom.

If tomorrow is not available I will be very agree....
This "comedy" is going nowhere! O2 offered all of us a good deal (in my case 130 for phone and 500m for 10 pm) but are not releasing the phone so we keep paying line rental and use are minutes to call CS rather than enjoing our inclusive min!
Any suggestions?

I hope people don't mind me posting my bugs with the P990i as I find them....hopefully it will keep you prepared!
My latest one is the alarm. I set the alarm for 0700 and to play an MP3 to wake me up. I woke up at 0630 and reset the alarm for 0800. Then at 0700, the alarm goes off however it doesn't play the MP3, just turns the backlight on and vibrates. Needless to say the alarm didn't go off at 0800.
I need to do some tests with this but I'm sure it will be another bug with a sily workaround.
Updates with the battery, don't let it get below 10%, I had 8% free last night and when I tried to make a call it died!
