Indeed, that's *technically* possible. But if you want to do that, you've got to do it yourself (money money money) because Sony Ericsson is too proud to admit that T310 firmware has exactly the same firmware as the T300; and remember that operations like this will void the warranty. I "discovered" all smileys in the T300 yesterday (thanks to Bart for the last one!).
Here are the pics of the full smiley list (w00t, sound huge :lol:)




To get this, type the following in your T300:
:-) :-( ;-) :-D or :-o :-l :-x or :-* [:]

Now, I know it's impossible to type square brackets with your T300, so you can't type the smiley yourself... If you've got a friend with a phone who can type these chars, ask him to send an SMS with the text [:] and save that message on your phone.
If anyone has got a better idea on how to use this freaky smiley, let us all know by posting it here in this thread.
