@Tigerente
Hi
I have spent some good time looking through E/// threads at esato.com.
It is really quite something to find people so enthusiastic about the well-engineered products from Ericsson.
I enjoyed my years as designer with Ericsson /DCP(1998-2003) and look forward to any support I can give re: "A worldwide support-system for Ericsson handsets."

@AngusMac
You're welcome!
At first ... give us more input about your work at Ericsson.
As you can read actually the discussion about RX1 and QUARTZ is up again.
Do you know some more details about it?
What was your job at designer?
Congrats to those who had the fantastic idea of the hedvig-design.
It#s really fanatastic that employees of Ericsson found the way to this special threat at esato.
For support-ideas contact bobafett ( boba @ erimail.info ) or me (info @ my-ericsson.de or soenke.de @ erimail.info ) directly please. At first it's the job of boba to decide how the support will go on. My part is actually 'just' the technical part.

keep smiling!
I hope it okay for AngusMac that I'll answer some question public of my questionnaire for him:
Where did you worked and what was your job at Ericsson?
I worked in UK/Sweden with my specialism as electromagnetics engineer.
Do you know some more details about about RX1 and QUARTZ?
I have not been involved in RX1 or Quartz projects.
What was your job as designer?
I worked on RF/EMC and some ID aspects of design through T10/T18/T20/T28/T39/T65/T68/R190/R290/R320/R520/R600, Hedvig, Nelly, Katie, Purple, Wakaba and Futaba
Congrats to those who had the fantastic idea of the hedvig-design.
I worked on Hedvig project with US designers including ID guy David Townsend. My responsibilities included antenna/EMC and SAR. It was real fun - no expense spared!!
Hope that the first questions are answered.
But I'm sure Angus will answer more specific questions next time!
@angus: hope it was right to write down some of your answers to public. It was not my intention to disturb any privatsphaere.
