Hi!
I have Tom Tom on my W950i now and want to add speed camera data from Pocket GPS World !
How do I see the directory where I should install the speed camera data?
I know the W950i has Fast file transfer and normal mode.
Fast file transfer does not show 'file manager' as being active!
Normal mode does but the Tom Tom folders are hidden !
I have set the option in the PC to show all hidden foldersa and files !
Any help is much appreciated !

I think it depends where you installed it. If you installed on the media memory you should be able to browse to the folder via fast file transfer mode on which ever drive letter your phone shows up on in explorer. If you installed in phone memory I'm not sure as it's likely to be hidden in file manager. You may have to transfer to media memory and then move the files through a file manager app directly on the phone.

trying to start my web browser on w950i, was working finr the other day, now getting
"application closed:
application:web,
reason code: user,
reason number:11"
then wont open browser and takes me back to main menu. any1 know what thiserror is and how to fix it? cheers

I once had a problem accessing my app folder on my phone memory, had a little help from Swiss Manager Pro. SMP should let you access and locate the TomTom folders in your phone memory. You can transfer your files on any folder in your memorystick using fast transfer, then simply cut and paste them to the desired folder using SMP. If I understand the situation correctly, this should work.

After de-branding i formatted and master reset, and i checked the CDA's, i had the old orange one and the new world generic...fine
But wen i ran SEUS, it is saying that ther are no updates available!!!! I think its still running off the old firmware? How can i now get it it to world generic 1?

Hey guys. New. =)
OK, so I got my W950i today. All is great except that when I initially booted it I got asked for UK English, or (Japanese Character set) and of course chose UK English. The phone and everything itself is in English, it's just inputting text of any kind. As well as the fact that I can't choose my time zone (Eastern Pacific) or my State (Cali.)
I've ran SEUS twice. Changed the CDA. And messed with every setting I could think of.
But even still when trying to input text it only lets me use Chinese characters.
Even if I initially hit a letter, the letter just turns into a symbol towards the top in SMS. Even handwriting recognition tries to pull Japanese symbols out of American alphabet. On screen keyboard is in Japanese as well.
Please guys. How do I fix this? If I can only find a fix for the t9 I'd be happy.
