OK new question! =)
While in SMS, am I supposed to have to tap select on the screen in order to insert a space after typing out a word?
For example, once I begin entering text via keypad, I have to either tap the screen, or click the jog dial in order to insert a space. Naturally the little indicator pops up on top that shows space, #, *, and finally a paragraph break. But if I don't hit "Select" I can repeatedly selct "space" by hitting the # key but nothing happens.
I'd like to be able to insert a word and just hit # to create a space just like on anyother phone.

Make sure your not in hadnwriting mode. to do this make sure symbol at top is of a \"a T keyboard\"

no you do not need to use the stylus.
i hardly use it for anything ever.

Sorry I should've been more detailed. I'm aware that I hit the # key to insert a space; the problem however is that I can't simply hit the button and immediately produce a space. What happens is I type out a word and before I can hit # and get a space, I have to first tap select, to choose the word out of the list of words suggested.
I can't just go word # word # word #. It has to be word (tap select on screen) then #, then next word.
Very cumbersom.
And yes I'm absolutely not in handwriting mode. T9.

Hi I had the same problem for ages. I tried visiting the store and ringing the help line but It did not solve the problem. I solved it by luck. I did a back up onto my pc using the back up manager that comes with the software disc. During the back up the phone re boots via the usb. after that that my web connection worked.

Hi everyone, i just got myself a brand new W950i, and i am stuck with this weird problem.
Whenever i try to play a .mp4 file(any random music video that i converted from .mpeg/.avi to .mp4 using the M3 convertor, or even the DEMO TOUR default video given alongwith the phone), i get this weird error like MMFControllerProxyServer followed by a series of alphanumeric codes. It also displays a reason as KERN-EXEC, reason 3. I have upgraded to the latest firmware using SEUS and my phone has the following details at standby.
Phone CXC 162037 R9GA001
BLUETOOTH CXC 162058 R3A01
ORGANIZER CXC 162088 R6E28
CDA CDA 162014/1 R6E28
FREE MEMORY 22.3 MB
Please help me out in this regard. What could be the issue? Is it a problem with the phone? or do i need to install some software specifically in the phone.
Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated

i dont believe this is WALKMAN series....so poor, i dont think im buying another SE again! unless someone figures this out, i mean, can it really be that complicated???? i think im selling it, or no even better, just to calm satisfy my anger, i think im gonna smash it to pieces!!!!!

Thinking about getting a W950i for a back up phone as the price is real low now. I had a M600i and never had any real issues with it. How is the W950i?

same anger here, bro... especially for earphone volume in conversations.
it looks like SE has great care for our ears, unless they didn't notice you have to stick half the phone into ear for hearing anything
anyways... PROBLEM 2:
is anyone having a solution for the lack of SMARTKEYS in some games ???
