Some nice little prog like RS232 Com Monitor
RS232 Com Monitor is an excellent software tool for monitoring, troubleshooting and logging RS232 communication. A laptop PC, USB/RS232 hub and RS232M give you a powerful, portable and sturdy tool to aid in designing and logging RS232, full duplex, data between peripherals and hosts. Of course you don't have to use a laptop, RS232M can be used on any PC with Microsoft Windows? 95 or greater, also, data can be collected from another program using RS232 on the same PC. You don't have to use a USB/RS232 hub either, mother board and expansion com ports can be used also. With RS232M, data can be saved to disk with time stamp information and any name you choose. Data can be logged in Hex or ASCII format, Hex is preferable since all binary values can't be represented in ASCII. RS232 data is logged in time stamp intervals from 50ms to 5s. Version 4.0 adds auto log to disk, ASCII mode options, and right click menus.

@Boba Yes, when i bought my, it was fully localized. The only thing ericsson didn't localized is the handwriting input, phone understands only english. Phone fw is R1D05 and organizer's is R3A02.
BTW sy knows the hidden error wml page(smth like file:///details.wml) i've forgotten how to access it. Can somebody remind me about it? This message was posted from a T68i

Yes, R380 has built in modem.
No, don't think there is any needs to try it with any of the intelligent accessories that to be controled by phone. R380 and Pxxx are not ready programed for them. The only working ones are normal headsets which needs simply recognize by phone and HPR-20 which needs just the power supply. This message was posted from a R520

@Boba R380 doesn't support any accessories, except HPB-10 and DRS-10, its fw hasn't even Accessories Menu. But hope, we gonna change that.

Is there a speakerphone in R380? I don't know because my slider and recorder doesn't work . Is it activated that way:

found how to enter that hidden page: Write in "open location" window details and push ok. All the time i was using it it had no problem and now it writes:
