Well I upgraded yesterday:
12 month contract
O2 Max Half price for 12 months (same as i had for the last year)
P990 FREE!!!!!!!!!
Should be with me on Monday-Tuesday
CS did not have a clue but retention knew all about it.

Called O2 select yesterday and asked about p990 as I am on a pre order but never got sms like many others!!!!!!! I was told it is an over sight and a free p990 will be with me in 2 days. Great news.
So do not wait for them to contact you call them.

Got my txt on Friday, was going to wait till others got theirs to see, but I couldn't wait...lol, should be 1-3 days.....got an email saying it was ready for dispatch so who knows maybe tomorrow....good luck everyone... let us know when you get yours

If you ordered your phone on Saturday, how come you're expecting it to arrive on Monday? When I ordered mine on Friday, they told me it would be about three working days, which by my reckoning, will be Tuesday or Wednesday. Did you ask for courier delivery?

My alarm issue whereby I have 3 alarms going off every day even though no alarms are set still remains....SE's advice "factory reset the phone"
