Anyone having problems updating on Virgin Mobile (UK)? Haven't been able to update today - only updates to R1L002.

@dts-phile
clarifications: the phone is not booted during recovery mode (nor firmware flashing in automatic mode) - but it's certainly powered. also, recovery mode won't work without the USB drivers already installed - its purpose is not to install the drivers.
i understand the frustration somewhat - my update attempts were a nightmare which only finally succeeded on the ~9th attempt at recovery -- but it's no reason to spill false conclusions about their, admittedly crappy, recovery system.

i flashed my phone back to R1L002. good thing i haven't deleted the R1L files from my pc when i upgraded from R1J. What I did was to start the update, then when it comes to the part where I have to turn off the phone, I rename the R1L files to the filenames of the R1N035 files.
now i'm back on R1L and my cam's working again
for those who've updated their phones to R1N035, do you still have the R1N035 files on your PC? Is it possible for me to have a copy so I could try flashing my phone with them? If it works then everybody else who had the same problem as I did could do the same.
