@raverockz, I think that guy doesn't know what he's talking about. As far as I know, there are no viruses for non-smartphones. It's not totally impossible, but if there are, I'm pretty sure Esato would hear of it. Let me know which shop you went to, so I can stay clear of it.

Well I don't think it was a virus. I think it's a tipical SE problem in some phones. One my friend lent me her W550 for some days to use. Guess what? I affronted the same problem on the second day. I tried to recharge it but nothing, and it was all I had (I didn't have a USB cable nor there is a service center by were I live). So I got mad and started banging the thing with my fist (with love
) and it gave a vibration after some time ... and turned on. I know, I was lucky, but it's a new alternative !!

okay today i got the phone back. all the contents for the w550i were there now!
when i bought it, there wasn't the SE contents there.
then also it was working...i was happy.
but there is only 1 thing wrong
Before repair: when i sent messages and go to the phonebook to find for who to send, i could type the letters together and the letters will appear at the top(covering the word "contacts"). i can type more than 3 letters, more to a search in Nokia.
After repair: I CAN'T DO THAT. ITS LIKE

@machanic: i tried SEUS b4 going to the shop, it jammed at 95% and then said phone connetction lost, blah blah...then everytime it stops there....
