Can they still back out on me and others who ae awaiting stock but have had the order and delivery date confirmed by email?
This happened not so long ago where a 'bargain' was found and it was posted around the internet,

They got out of it by throwing their T&Cs at us.

I ordered very early Monday I think, at around 2am.
The confimation page at the end that you can print out had the expected delivery date on it, it was Tuesday.... the day I recieved the phones.

Prob cos they've ordered more then just the 1 handset
they have the W810i for £79.99 and the 5200 for £59.99 I was after one of those until today my mates giving me a 6280 for nothing next week

He's just got a 6288 free on contract with three and so he's letting me have his other as my birthday pressie lol
it's in vry good condition will come in handy for music mainley I guess
btw yeah goodluck recieving the phones all who has ordered them
Ps has anyone been on the COMET site yet?
Laptops are going for £349.99 and if you use the voucher code sites you can get abit extra off too
