does he have your Mobile or phone line?
if it's your mobile witheld calls can't be blocked but if your on Virgin Media then you can do this, my mom has it.. so if anyone phoning from a witheld number rings it says
"Sorry this person does not accept witheld calls"

It doesn't matter if his number is withheld. You have his name and address so you can put a complaint in about him for nuisance calls anyway if it comes to that.
It would sound a bit fishy if you refused to give your address although he's clearly being a bit of an arse if he's already got it from ebay! As I said, he's just trying to scare you.
It's out of your hands now anyway, all you can do is wait for RM to find out what happened.
