Just a question to anyone that debranded using the 1201-9794 CUSTOMIZED UK/ BLUE WESTERN-EUROPE firmware, I want to flash this firmware so I can turn the shutter sound off but I think I read somewhere that this firmware doesn’t have the laser precision theme which I really like. Is this true?

Got the K850i on ebay said it was unlocked but it wasnt.

I am Ireland so which one should I pick?


Does this unlock the phone so that I can use my Irish sim in it?

i branded my friends phone with an 037 green software and it didnt have flash themes, however i since flashed my to a customized blue american 037 and it has the flash themes, it doesnt really matter what region you pick to be honest, it only really changes the languages on the phone

do i need to buy 50 credits on the davinciteam website to flash the k850i or can i just buy 10 credits?

i m getting tired of this aussie 3 firmware crap on my k850...

The phone is A2 so you need 50 credits.

I asked them which one I should use to unlock Vodafone UK to Vodafone IE they said 'K850i R1CA029 CID52 K850 1201-9790 3 UK/BLUE HUTCH-WORLD'

You only need 10 credits to flash the firmware on your phone.
Unlocking costs 50 credits and is only needed if your phone is sim locked and you want to use another networks sim card.

Yes that’s right and the debranded firmware for Australia is 1202-8494 CUSTOMIZED AU/BLUE APAC-ANZ just in case you were wondering.
