I do not know how much are these in UK but runner is the best option IMO. Not this one tho, it is screaming for a good service. You might end up giving more money for repairs than if you tune a mint condition stock one. Few extra pounds for a stock runner is not a bad idea. But try also to look who is driving it. You will know alot about the scooter from that.
