@nanu while reading your post I thought you must be on PAYG. reading further I see you are actually on a contract. You can see your data usage online, it is in the recent usage section.
Ah yes I've found it now matey thanks for that! pity O2 couldn't point me to that page.......

How on earth do you get BBC iPlayer to work on O2 ???
Mine always asks for a WLAN connection as it can't support yada, yada, yada.
If this happens to me I will be going Oftel as well, and I would think BBC Watchdog would probably be very interested as well.

This is wierd. What are you using to use that much data anyway? I see your point on it not being unlimited
But thats the whole point. You dont have to use sites like Youtube which stream large amounts of content to you, simply browsing a couple of webpages can quite easily use up 200mb in an hour of browsing. The other day i wanted to check out a playstation 3 game review on gamesradar. By the time i found the review by going to the main site, then clicking on the link, reading the two page review (not watching the videos or making screenshots bigger) i had used 5mb.
5mb in 3 webpages. Thats one big chunk of the 200mb gone in a 5 minute browse time. 200mb is a poor amount of data for any plan nevermind anything mentioned as unlimited. So is 500mb. 3gb even.
O2 havent a clue.

I think 3UK and Vodacrap support BBC iPlayer streaming.
