Vi kan inte kräva någonting.
När ericsson sade att t68an kommer vara den första telefonen med mms, var inte telefonen släppt och ingen annan skulle släppa en telefon med mms.
De drog tillbaka sitt uttalande och sa att de inte skulle släppa mobilen med mms, utan avvakta, eftersom ingen annan har det, och eftersom ingen operatör stödjer funktionen.

När det finns stöd för mms skall man kunna uppdatera sin telefon till den versionen, jag kommer ihåg att ericssons vd sa detta i en intervju.
Detta innebär att tex nokia (eller vilken tillverkare som helst) kan släppa en mobil med mms, före ericsson ger ut sina mms-versioner.
Vilket betyder att det kvittar om de släpper mms uppgraderingen tillsammans med t68i eller inte.
Vi kan inte göra någonting åt det, för vi har inte fått något löfte om att våra mobiler skall vara de första på marknaden med mms funktion.

Dessutom är det samma mobil, bara ett nytt skal, så skall ni hävda att era mobiler inte är de första med mms, utan att t68i är det?
Om detta hade skett med nokias mobiler istället där alla bytar skal, så kunde alla nokia-användare stämma nokia för att de släpper samma mobil, med nya funktioner, bara det att det inte är samma skal.

Men den som vill göra sig till åtlöje får gärna göra det.
Jag bryr mig inte särskillt mycket om jag har den första mobilen med mms eller inte, jag vill ha min uppgradering med alla nya funktioner. Men jag kommer inte hävda att de har gjort felaktig marknadsföring, eller klaga på att de brutit löfte, för de har nämligen inte gjort någotdera.

Ta det bara lugnt, uppgraderingen kommer.
Varför rasa mot världens bästa mobiltillverkare?

Well.. Makin a whole lot of stress for nothing. T68m can be upgradet with the software og T68i, it is the same phone.
The covers CAN be replaced. but not on warranty. U gotta pay for the covers.
My plan.... Get the software update, and see if the front cover of T68i look cool on my extisting T68m, and if it does i'll change. If not i STILL got a freaking good phone WITH mms.

I've heard that we could still wait a bit longer for the MMS software... even longer than we expect today.

This wolud be a marketing issue, if SE start shipping the T68i it means that the MMS software is ready, and holding the upgrade for T68 would only be a marketing issue to try to sell more T68i phones.

In short moves...
The hole thread is about whether SonyEricsson is doing anything wrong by introducing a new phone with MMS on the market as the T68m was told to be the first MMS phone when it was released last year. So now discussion is about if you can claim a new phone, with MMS if there is no SW upgrade on the same time as T68i enters the stores! One guy 'CyberVisitor' claims that you can do it and that it will be supported by "consumer laws" here in Sweden, and another guy 'megapolaren' says that it isnt possible and so on.

1. Går det att uppgradera sin T68m så man kan använda MMS.
2. Finns T68i i nån butik?

nån som kan bekräfta att det köpt eller uppgraderat sin mobil??

2.And I droped by 2 stores on my way to work and none of them had T68i in the stores, 'its on its way in, maybe tomorrow, I was told'
