Whether or not your experience is a good one is pretty much just down to luck. If you go in and talk to a retard, then bad luck - perhaps if you'd've gone in 30 seconds later/earlier you'd've spoken to someone who's really down with all the hot tech who would've wowed you.... pity really.
But, as people said, there's never any commision for knowing how to route data over Bluetooth using a PDA & IrDa... so most don't! (For the record, I'm not paid on a commision basis).

Well I guess there are quite a few muppets in the phone shops but hey its not just phones try walking into a PC World and asking a simple question....its the same with all sales people there are good and bad, people who know their products and people who just have no interest but in having a job and getting paid. If you see or hear bullshit then rather than laugh or think them as @@soles speak up. Today whilst buying a bluetooth car kit for my phone I helped the rather nice sales lady sell a bluetooth dongle to another customer who needed a little technical help and advice. Don't mock and bitch, research yourself and speak up and help others......if people stopped complaining the world would be a nicer place
