Are you sure there is no SE sites you can visit. If you can get a good customer services e-mail then someone there can be able to help you alot more than us. Unless they e-mail back about inhumane arabs, WWII, and rubber condoms you stick on your car exhaust to reduce emissions.

@britshman you claim to have taught english, and have told us all to buy a dictionary. Why is it, then, that you cannot spell uncivilised? (it is not hyphenated) PRACTISE WHAT YOU PREACH.

Sorry mate that your ligit question has not been answered. Britishman does not seem to understand that customer service varies a lot even in the same country even if that country is the UK. As a P900 user I appreciate your fustrattion. I hope someone can give you some suggestions. The UK helpline number for SE is +44(0)8705 237237 - unfortunately I do not know if this number can be called as an international number but try it and see if you can get some information on how you can get your phone fixed.

@hkk04: I totally agree that foreign management may be a problem - sometimes they are unable to determine the specifics and specific needs of each country. Here in Romania we have a Greek management. Now, it is my strong belief that these two guys are more concerned with humping each other than properly managing SE. Result: extreme delays in the launch of new phones and piss-poor customer service. And before anybody dares say anything: I have lots of Greek friends who study here. It's a matter of competence
