Thats crap Masseur atleast u got the last hol off which was friday straight up to monday omg what a hol that was :-D there anuv hol coming up again but not for a while yet! :-)

I noticed that only in Serbia,Croatia and a few nearest countries people celebrate this holiday and get 3 days free.In every other country you get only one day.Dont know why is that.

Not sure what you mean. Many countries do not have 3 days off for labour day, especially since it was already a weekend anyway this year. But MANY countries do celebrate labour day, so I'm not at all sure what you're getting at.

Traditionally on a Bank Holiday many businesses are closed to enable the workers to have a holiday. This time is often spent with the family on mini breaks and outings. Anyone who works on Bank Holidays usually gets paid extra - "time-and-a-half" or even "double time," negotiated for them by the Trades Unions.
The name is quite self-explanatory, really.

While 'Bank-Run' just means that your money (deposited) in the bank has just been 'robbed' by the bank's owners, abrupt closure perhaps due to 'bankruptcy' - you've been had, in short !
