The other thing worth remembering with Orange is that they're pretty loyl to long standing customers - if you've been with them a while you tend to get put through to the retention dept. promptly.
I'm considering going from P800 to P900, but if as some have hinted there will be a predecessor to the P900 at the end of the year, I won't bother...unless I can get the P900 for £50...I figure if that were to happen, and the new phone comes out I could probably sell my P900, or even my P800 on ebay for profit.
I've been with Orange for 5 or 6 years now and my bills are are around £70 a month, I have had a t68i in recent years and a P800 for the last 12 months - so considering how much money I've given them, I'd expect Orange to bend over backwards for me!

Hay all just thought i would let you know that i phone orange (150 option 6 then 3) today went straight through to disconnections and today the guy that voda would let me have the phone for £70 if said i could have it for £90 that was the best he could do on the £25 pm. So i took it up and in 2 days it will be mine for over £100 less then the upgrade dept could give it for. Well worth doing. Pm if anyone needs anymore info on how to do it.

The thing to remember with Orange is be persistent and you will normally get what you want (or close to it).
