Of course its important how it look like! Good design is already a label for the ware and thats the point what se has to learn.

In America (probably because of L.A./Hollywood), THE LOOK is everything. Well, maybe up to 50-75%. A product has to look good. It's the image; gotta have the image. You can have a shitty product, but if it looks good, people will buy it. It's basic Marketing 101.
If you have a Ferrari/McLaren engine in a Volkswagen Beetle car body, people still think of you as average Joe with a Volkswagen. But if you have a Volkswagen Beetle engine in a Ferrari/McLaren car body, people think of you as cool....(maybe bad in bed)....but COOL.
That's just how it is...
A good company should alway have a good design team/artist. I don't think the S700i look very good. Looks bulky and like a bar of soap! Maybe it looks good to some people, but NOT me. It's the look, man! Now I think it makes up more than 50% of the reason, if people will buy or not.

At 24.5mm against the K700s 19.5mm, it doesn't seem so appealing. At that kind of bulk, it is approaching the size of the P910, although the S700 is quite a bit lighter.
I can see how 5 mm make all the difference in the world

I've got two reasons to not buy the S700:
1. I've got a K700. (Wich in all fairness has the same menus and features as the S700)
2. I've got a F828 and don't see the the need to go that far down in mega pixles.
The S700 is actually the first

I haven't been too kean on. Not for the look, 'cause I think the phone looks great, but for the two reasons mentioned above.

Realy,
K700 (HxWxD) = 99x46.5x19.5 mm
S700 (HxWxD) = 107.5x49x24.5 mm
P900 (HxWxD) = 115x57x24 mm
S700/K700 diff (HxWxD) = 8.5x3.9x5.0 mm
S700/P900 diff (HxWxD) = 8.5x8.0x0.5 mm
I would say, size wise its as close to K700 (if not closer) as it is to P910. Weight wise on the otherhand its closer to P910 than K700.
With other words S700 is something between K700 and P910.
Concidering the screen size, I think its small.

Wish that fones wouldnt be so slim, cos they dont fit the hand by holding it. At longer use i need my both hands to hold the fone, its a bit annoying imo.

If it wasn't that expensive,i'd get 1. It's 1 helluva gadget if u have a t610 and dont want a k500 or a K700.
