R2F is the latest in terms of P800's firmware. You can only flash the firmware at the SE Service Centres as Online update does not support the P800, only from P900 onwards.

@mcbschire-- I have the same situation with my phone, which is also a /3 version. Have you found a solution? I have tried the update on 3 different computers (2 Windows 2000; 1 Windows XP)...

Anyone? I am trying to resolve some email issues and I thought perhaps this update would help out. But I cannot get it to connect. It goes into the beginning of the process, where it is supposed to turn the phone on and then off, and then says there was a communication error. I am then told to remove the battery and restart. Tried it with Firefox and Opera as well as IE, same result...

HELP!

Thought I read this on here but can't find it now.

After the update does it mess up the column widths in QuickSheet so they don't remember their settings.

Can someone confirm or have a solution.

Yes, that is the latest.
Change language: Control panel->Other->Language settings.
