DOH!!!
the new firmware didn't fix the bluetooth headset issue, yet R2AA03 did. if someone can figure out how to get ur bluetooth headset to work with this firmware, please tell me.

whenever i try to use my bluetooth headset, it connects on a call, but when a call comes in, it tries to connect, then disconnects, making me take the call in the phone. also if i make a call with the bluetooth headset, after the call, it will disconnect. i got it to work perfectly in R2AA, so i dunno what the deal is.

I don't like the sound of all this. I've got an HK version K700i, and have been desperate to reflash it with a western language pack and firmware (it's basically got K700c firmware, without My Friends etc.) I was waiting for a new official release from SE to be carried by the alternate update providers, so that I could use them to flash my phone to K700"i" firmware and then continue SE US for legitimate updates.
Is R2AE not going to let me do this?

really strange and funny... I had the same issue with R2AA003 as i mentioned on this forum somewhere before and now working with no problem with R2AE033...

it depends how you do it and what eill happen in the future with SE US... as noone know that yet noone can guarantee you you will be able to use SE US in future if you use any of the unofficial solutions... btw. I can not use SE US even on phone I took to official Service Center and asked them to make it work on it... it worked for a few days and after the big 1 week no working period of SE US I can not use it anymore... there are dozen of threads about this in this forum lately...
