on point 6, the 6600 needs external mem as it only has 6mb internal compared with the K700s 42mb. hmmm no contest

i said that SE has some really good phones in P9xx series...and nokias have in series 60 phones. to me a company doesnt matter as much as i get the best for my money. if tomorrow some third company sells phones better than nokias and SE i will certainly buy that! the reason i said that nokias are best coz they are at present better than anyone overall. but hey...why am i wasting my precious time to reply some loser like you...you dont have brains...u are just a loyal dog after all!!!

dude thats actually true......infact even with the stock mmc that i got which was 32 mb i still got less than 40mb total.
infact the 32mb is only 30mb.

My brother-in-law has the Nokia 6600. I took this chance to compare the two phones...
1) Screen - The K700 wins. There is no contest! The screen is brilliantly well lit, sharp and vibrant.
2) Speaker quality - The K700 wins again! The same ringtone played on the 6600 sounded rather muffled and tinny.
3) Camera Quality - The K700's pictures (especially at 640 x 480) are great! Also the 6600 doesn't posses a panorama mode (or maybe I couldn't locate it). Night shots on the 6600 have slightly less noise though. (I'm using camera driver 3.9 so I can't really say if 3.10 has reduced the amount of noise when there is insufficient light)
4) Voice Quality - The K700 didn't compress or muffle the voice of the speaker. The 6600 (like most Nokia's) tends to somehow muffle the voice a bit.
5) Video - The 6600 can only record nine of ten seconds of video at a stretch. Need I say more?
6) Software - The K700 can runs tons of Java applications. Agreed that the 6600 has Symbian, but the screen resolution doesn't allow you to do any serious work. A user serious about utilising his phone to the max should look at a Pxxx series phone or even a Windows powered phone (trust me, my boss has a Windows phone and it's great!)
7) Bugs - I used to think that the K700 had a huge volume of bugs until...
a) My mobile phone vendor informed me that the 6600 has it's fare share of bugs.
b) I ran a Google search on "6600 bugs"
8 ) After-sales support and sell back value (India) - Sadly, goes to Nokia. SE has a pathetic marketing and after sales support system in India. Nokia phones command a higher resale value over here too.
9) Looks - The K700i wins! It looks sexy and I'd rather walk around with a K700 than with a weird shaped piece of plastic that looks like it needs to be put on a diet! The K700 looks much more expensive than it really is!
10) RF - Both phones have great RF performance. Sony got it right with the K series of phones!
The person who posted this thread seems to be quite a Nokia fanatic, I wouldn't be surprised if he happens to be from India, as they're tons of these retards over here. Just ignore him chaps!
