right, after all the mucking about with bulldog and their 8mbit service only giving me 1mbit at best and no home phone for nearly a month I'm finally back online with Demon again and their 2mbit service really is providing me 2mbit proving that bulldog just can't deliver on their promise.
me happy again, 2mbit really is zippy and I can't imagine wanting any more for browsing. the 15 pages I open in my avantbrowser all opened almost instantly compared with almost a minute previously at 512kbits

Now AOL have increased this to just over 1mb, and reduced this to £24.99 a month, which ain't bad!
I mite upgrade to 2mb, which will cost £29.99

i would'nt touch ntl their customer services are crap!!!! and they have limits on how much you download!!....we've been with uk online now since beginning of year and had no problems at all....you can download as much as you want!!...my son uses it most to play online gaming (spends every free minute on world of warcraft!) .
