The two images are inconsistent with each other or they're two different devices.
The first doesn't have the silver edging and the second doesn't have a line of white text above the 'XPERIA' at the bottom.
From that second image if you took away the light bar t looks suspiciously like the piePhone4 if you bought one fake on the market in China.
It doesn't look bad though. Just a little bit cheap.
I'm still not keen on the touch spots + button images on the notification bar. The icons for the buttons should be where the spots are and should be backlit touch sensitive affairs.
..and what the hell is that big white arrow in the first image?!

The bottom one looks like a pre production prototype to me with the upper one looking a bit more polished.

It`s not necessary - when you compare drawings with blurycam shots... I was disgusted with ST18 leak shots, but now I`m in love with my Ray.. you know
devices look better in flesh than on the pics, espacially spy ones.

I guess the guy that design it was inspired by the ST-Ericsson ICS demo videos... but if Nypon get even close to this I`ll by it, cause I need bigger screen in smaller device with no space losed for other things but screen.
