Well,

I have had this problem too. The update stopping after 50% and the poblem with the camera after that.

I have been trying to update the phone since few days now. I have also writtent to SE customer care.

BTW, I am from India, so any one who has been able to successfully update their phones please do let me know.

I´m from Brazil and here we have the same problem 46%, communication failure, them camera out.
In contact to SE service, they told me that they know about this problem and working on it.
About the people that solved the problem, in what site (location) do you?
So please, can anyone send me these files?

hey,

I managed to update my phone as well...
SE India.
Did not do aything special, just the usual/normal way and it went smooth.

Camera quality; My first try in a low lit area was quite satisfactory and seemed better than before, still early stages to be sure.
May be just my excitement, managing to update the phone and getting the camera working after so many days.

ooops managed to update mine,had same problem 48% 51% then comm error. took out vodaphone sim put in an old non active one, update complete camera version 4.5 and working fine. i think it stopped phone accessing net on its own. hope this help someone.

First attempt didn't work for me, the 0.9 camera problem appeared.

For the second attempt i turned off my software firewall while updating, and it worked.

Make sure you have nothing else open other than the browser connected to update page.
