@dream990.
The phone feels really solid - compared to my P900 - the flip is much sturdier!
The only flimsy part of the phone is the battery compartment cover.

Mine is a Voda and it was factory sealed, still had no screen protector on it, as its in a bag I guess they decided to save 2p per phone!
Roll on the V9 firmware!!!!
BTW updating firmware does completely wipe your settings and data (well it did mine when I reapplied V7)

I have my internet button assigned to Activity Menu. However, it doesn't open it. It opens anything else I assign to it, such as Task manager or Main menu.
Is it the same for the rest of you?
As for build quality, I think is very good but the UI of this phone is complete CRAP !! (not talking about bugs)

Got mine Tuesday. Batterys Fine, lasts maybe 2 days with quite a lot of use! (lots of games at college, shhhh!

) Everything Set up fine on o2. Even got WLAN working perfect!
Got a new 3G sim with the phone too, which i just activated, takes a couple of hours. Magic!
Its a bit sluggish sometimes, hoping thatl be fixed in future FW updates. But nothing i cant live with! Just make sure you install Swiss Manager first! Before you do anything. Helps a hell of alot!
Great phone! Worth the wait! *slaps o2*
